Honestly there's a lot of ships other than Wenrene like Wen joy for example but the reason why I ship these two is because their eyes don't lie. Irene and Wendy had plentiful of skinships with their members as well but there's always a different vibe you'll get when it comes to Wenrene. Countless of praises to one another(especially Wendy, cuz clearly she praises Irene in detail and adds her infamous buttery wan pick up line on Irene. She did praise her members as well but when it's Irene, you'll know it's different), eyeing each other quietly, physical contact whenever they're near to one another, appreciating each other's presence, knowing each other's habits, Wendy's always readying herself to be Irene's personal heater(do you see Wendy's beating a personal heater for the other member as a daily activity?) Wenjoy gave me a feeling of very good friends but not the type you'll know they're into one another. It's the same like how I treat my close friends like we're always chummy with another, throwing lame pick up lines; but at the end of the day, I'll still be silently looking out for my crush if she's okay or not smth like that. It's like your presence doesn't need to defined that these two would be a thing but it's more to the eyes and your intention lies because if you're a girl, you're just complicated like a alien puzzle that cannot be solved 😋😎🐥

What I feel about them is literally all of things above you have mentioned above. Well... there are people who always talk about how SeulRene real like this or like that, but I don't think as they do. I've watched some videos of S.R but tbh, can't feel any "love" vibes between them. I said this just by my own opinions and the way I feel about them. Wenrene is really different compare to all ships in RV tbh, the way they stare and look at each other. You must be in love or understand how couple look like to see things of WR. Okay... there's might not have any real ship in RV but istg WR must have sth special between them two :)
That's cos they share this likeness in them that doesn't exist with other memebers too. Sure they all love one another, but it's different with these two cos they don't even have to say something to one another, yet they can still understand what someone is trynna say. They've admitted to this in numerous interviews too. That kind of bond is very rare.

So here's what i noticed recently. WenRene toned down a bit after the 2 consecutive "cupping face of Wendy to Irene" first, ISAC then the release of redroom japan DVD. After that, WenJoy became clingy af (sm is promoting them hard also 😂 LOL) and, you can notice that Seulrene ship is sailing again hahaha maybe there's something tho? It's just my observation btw. PS. there's something about WenRene when they are staring at each other compared to other members

I feel like it’s a constant battle between Irene and Joy for Wendy 😂 if you look, in a lot of Wenrene interactions, Joy will just kinda be staring them down, and the same with Irene and Wenjoy

I know that this is supposed to focus on Wenrene, but at 2:37 when everyone was hugging and touching Yeri was one of the most beautiful things. Yeri does not get needy too often, but it's nice that they are there for her when she needs them.
