I think what she's trying to say is it's hard to say I love you and actually mean it? She says I love on multiple occassions especially when like giving message to fans. I myself I am also reluctant to say i love you that it sometimes the reason why i get on fights in my past "relationships" (never officially dated anyone 😆. It's complicated). Some people always say I love you, and it makes you feel obliged to say it back. Like when you just started to get together, then they say i love you I'm like, "really? You love me?" And makes me think if I really love that person too. Well, i definitely have at least a crush. And I think the word "love" is such an abused word. And sometimes I do have thoughts like, "You can say you love me now. But there's a chance it's gonna be you who's gonna say you hate me first too. So why bother saying i love you?". Love for me takes time. Maybe that's why i never officially dated. Coz dating is thought of as something like "I love you! Let's date" and not "I like you more than anybody else. Can we start learning things about each other to see if this is really love?". That's just my thought

Same me too though if I say "I love you" that means I really mean it. I don't say "I love you" that easily so. By the way I have never been in a relationship but I did had a serious crush on a girl. I really loved her.
