Chopped chive sauce is a great idea for deep fried fish! Back then, my most favorite non-V proteins were fish and fish eggs more than anything. wowza! the garlic chive sauce is a great accent to the deep fried horse mackerel. It actually was really good if you add a small amount. My first bite I added too much. It was good but in later bites I learned less is more and it was awesome.
