Wentworth Estate was created in the 1920s and has 1,750 acres of green land, dotted with mansions on large plots. As a private gated community, the rule is that a house can never take up more than 25% of the plot, and property boundaries need to be natural, like hedges or bushes, except for entry gates.
Although the Wentworth Estate in Virginia Water feels very secluded, it is actually only 3 miles away from the M25 freeway encircling London and 11 miles from Heathrow International Airport.
