i had never heard of pamela rabe before wentworth she is an amazing actress and plays the freak brilliantly and way better than the original freak for sure.
she looks like she has royal native ( american) blood in her veins or something ,such a unique face.also her acting is outstanding ! i mean , her villainy in that role was so well executed she actually scared me
@@blackphoenix_02 - She still sounds Canadian too.. However, I have to admit that her portrayal of the Joan Ferguson is properly and scarily sinister. I read somewhere that she and Maggie Kirkpatrick (the original "Freak") are friends and she actually got tips from Maggie on playing the Freak....except she takes the Freak to a whole new level of scary. Pamela is an amazing actress. The whole time her character was moving and deciding like a chess game and everyone else was trying to catch up playing checkers.
I am so hooked on this series .. At 1st i thought it was a "orange is a new black" wannabe .. Then realized it is much much better.. How the characters keep getting killed off and it gets more and more suspenseful..

I had to watch this. The actor who plays Joan is just so convincing. I had to make sure she was a real person with a sense of humor. You passed the test! Yea!
She plays the hell out of Ferguson. She makes you hate her and wants her to die but live at the same time so you can see what she does next lol. I love it
Pamela is a superb actress and the rest of the Wentworth cast is too. I actually feel like I'm in prison when I watch the show! It's the best tv show ever made! I'm sorry but American actors can't touch this!

As a victim of a Narcissistic psychopath, I must say that the very real performance of Pamela (Joan Fergunson) as this woman's psychopath is very natural to her, the look that is one of the things that impresses me the most that way of looking that these people have. Excellent work! 😘👌👍🏻
OMG The Freak!!!! Remember when she went totally and completely ballistic and beat the shit out of all the inmates in the gym area outside? And then she's like "Who's NEXT??!?!? Who wants me??!?!?!?!" That was the best acting I've ever seen anybody do!
Ok so I am in the middle of season four and I literally had to pause and find videos of bea and Ferguson normal because I was getting too freaked out. I needed to see a normal side of the freak😂😂😂this helped a lot thank u
I love this clip of Pamela Rabe. She is such a good actress that you for get that she is only playing a character. She is really a nice, sweet and humorous woman. But I had so associated her with "The Freak" I expected her to be evil incarnate.
i get so sucked into the show that i have to pause and watch this from time to time just to remind myself joan is played by pamela - a seemingly lovely woman who is obviously not a monster.
