Taehyun. Just mere weeks after your debut and my personal introduction to you, I became so attached to every TXT song and music video there was. I started with becoming familiar and motivated by your dancing style. I can see the determination that you have of putting on a perfect stage in the way that you move your body, but I can feel the enjoyment and connection that you have with MOA on your face. You have so much passion and your movements are so rigid and solid. I can always tell just how hard and how gifted of a dancer you are with each unique TXT choreography. I know that you work hard to learn and perform each of them flawlessly, which you always do, but it’s always so fun to watch your face as well. You combine hard work with fun and it’s so evident to see when you dance. I love you even more because I know that recently you’ve been personally working on different dancing styles and you come back ready to show it to MOA with every opportunity. You dance so effortlessly and powerfully. I can tell that your ability to dance with such individuality and ease has always been inside you, but for me, it is your voice that traps me in a magical trance. Before I could put faces to names, I was already swept in by the lure of your voice. With each TXT song you bring a completely new element and surprise me with a new height that you’ve reached. You’re always exploring vocally and it’s beautiful to realize that each time you sing, I believe you are unlocking more of your potential. I can always feel your heart through my headphones no matter what you’re singing. It might sound dramatic to some, but I know that the only way I can describe the way your voice impacts me is through the feeling I get. Now it’s been almost five years and you’ve grown vocally in ways I can’t even explain. You are one of the most expressive performers I’ve ever known and I am so grateful that you’ve come into my life to share this experience with me. You blend flawlessly with your members, but you have your own musical persona as well. One of the first traits I recognized you had was actually, as stated by you, a part of you that people don’t often immediately recognize. I remember that you said you were actually a sentimental person and some people to catch on to that right away. I am excited about several of the hobbies you are passionate about, such as magic. It it an art I never really paid attention to before, but after you entered my life and showed me its wonders, I now have a new and deeper appreciation for it. I love learning about what you like to do in your free time because the way you talk about it with such high interest makes me fascinated about it as well. I love that you’re restless and do something that we’ve never seen before. It always encourages me to want to do the same. Perhaps I love most of all the way that you interact with your members. Whether it be in the gifts that you give them or just the way that you speak to them, it’s just the way that you approach them that keeps me comforted. I love how you look on to them with such respect and kindness. Most of all, you respond to them without judgement. Sometimes it’s hard for people to find somebody that they think they can really trust, but you’ve spent over five years with the four boys who have now become your brothers. I love how you invite them openly into your heart and trust them with just about anything. The love that you have for them is just so natural and you have a unique type of friendship with each individual member. You show your love to them in countless ways every single day and I know that just you being around them gives them the strength to face anything. This is easily the greatest way you can offer your love and trust to another individual. I love that you’re always laughing at their jokes and join in with your blunt and honest humor. You’re never afraid to tell them directly how you feel or give your opinion when you feel it’s right; and in turn, I know they have no fear confiding in you their thoughts and feelings as well. You have such a calm and natural demeanor about you and it brings balance and peace to your members whenever you’re around them. I am so grateful for the loyalty and eternal love that you’ve already promised to your members though the way that you admire and respect them. They are growing so much more confident and relaxed every single second because of you and I can’t wait to see them do even more over time. On top of all this, you are one of the smartest and well-spoken people I’ve come to know. You always shock me by realizing a different way to solve a problem that perhaps no other members caught, or deciding to work a project at another angle. I definitely feel as if I’m more educated just by listening to you speak and interact with people on a daily basis. You are so bright, especially for your age and I know that this brings an even more interesting dynamic to TXT as well. You help your members see in a way they previously hadn’t. You are incredibly professional, and you represent both your group and yourself very well. You’re very poised, and I often question whether or not you still feel nerves because you hold yourself together so well. I believe you make every environment more comfortable and you encourage your members to be more loose as well. I know that because you’re bold and not afraid to speak up sometimes on your members’ behalf, it causes them to match your energy and break out of their shell as well. Every person that comes into contact with you undoubtedly feels so lucky to have gotten to meet somebody so kind and giving. The world is so lucky to have somebody like you as a reminder of how to treat others. On this note, I want to personally thank your parents and family for raising you and helping you become the beautiful person that you are today. I know that they shaped you and we have them to thank for bringing you into the world with such love. I know that they love you in a way that we could never understand and I want to take this opportunity to pay my respects to them and commend them for all that they have done for you to reach your dreams. They are the most proud of you and we keep them in our hearts as you do them. Taehyun, you have the absolute biggest heart that you give to your MOA with each passing second. Since even before your debut, you’ve been working hard to share with your MOA, who were eagerly waiting for you, everything that you possibly can show. You have never disappointed us since you began your journey to become an idol. You have been so honest and truthful with us ever since you could first communicate with MOA. There are always times when I feel as if you don’t even have to share some parts of your life with your MOA, but you always keep us updated anyway. You trust us with some of your secrets and MOA know some parts of your heart that others don’t know. This is heavily cherished by MOA, and every piece of you that you give to us becomes a part of our own heart. Sometimes, you’ve even taken some actions to show your love for us when you might have been a bit embarrassed or uncomfortable. Even when you just smile at us or share with us what you ate in a day, you’re providing a form of interaction that is the only kind that some MOA get in a day. What may seem minuscule to you is received by us as some grand gesture. We could never ask for anything other than what you already give us. We love you for how generous and selfless you are. In the smallest of circumstances, you put us first when you don’t even have to consider us. You’ve worked so hard and spared so much just to bring us whatever you can give. You spoil us so much and I know that we could never repay the love that you give us but we can start by supporting you forever. I just hope that you always feel the gratitude and thankfulness that fills up our hearts because you’ve always been there for us and have given us more than we ever imagined or expected. I know that you’ve been through a lot already, both in your personal life and professionally as well. As I said before, you still have so much left to explore, but you’ve already endured so much. One of the biggest obstacles is being limited by a pandemic. You’re finding a way to stay motivated despite this and it gives so much hope and faith to your MOA. I am so proud of you for being so withstanding and persevering through all of your hardships so far. There will be more to come but I know because of your strength, determination, and love for your family, you will make it through as you have before. You inspire so many MOA every day in the smallest ways and the way that you carry yourself encourages us to do the same. I can’t even thank you enough for what you’ve done for me in just a short time, and it makes me anxious to spend more time with you in the future. I hope that this birthday brings you all of the blessings that you deserve, and that you spend it feeling nothing but happiness.
