Literally just ordered the tool check plus and cancelled to order this. No flat head is an odd omission but I’ll swap out something else for one. Good kit for the boat! Thanks man.

If you buy the model with the 3/8 square drive, the 1/4 hex socket is built inside the 3/8 square drive.

That’s awesome. I had no idea. Unfortunately the bits here do not seat firmly in the Rapidapter-you can briefly see the movement and see the sliding at 4:50 or so. I am surprised no one has complained. 1” bits work fine but these are a bad match. They should never be loose and a magnet would solve this like standard Rapidapters do. Hopefully the 3/8 Zyclops has this kink ironed out.

Looking at the 3/8" Wera metric Kit and seems pretty cool... however, being a Toyota/Lexus guy boggles the mind how they didn't include a 14 but threw in a 13 and 15mm which are utterly useless (also lose the 18mm for good measure). Not a deal breaker if I use my own socket but my OCD is keeping me on the fence as it won't be the same unless it matches the color-coded ones... LOL.

Wera is nice but the price is higher than most other sets I'm currently waiting for the harbor freight 2.0 set which includes bits and sockets

By the way, that milwaukee rover light is one of the best lights I have ever bought. I grab it all the time. Also the wera tool check is a great "edc" type tool kit it has saved me many a time.

I have wera 4xs speed with 17 or so much longer srew tips. The only bad thing is the 4xs speed is gutless and will not work on many scrrws its also a pain to get it in and out of the 4xs spoed to regular screwdriver. That has no issues remove ot tighten screws.

I wouldn't buy either. Too much plastic. Ratchets shouldn't have any plastic except covering the handle. That, and the head is entirely too large on the roto ratchet.
