I just bought the basic 813, not the 813R like yours, which is just the handle minus the rapidator adaptor. This was after looking at all kinds of expensive pocket jewellery EDC specific screwdrivers from LeverGear, CRKT, James Brand, County Comm/Maratac and Big Ideas Design. They all have quality issues, design issues i.e. no reach or no ergonomics, and most if not all are made in China and the bits they come with are of unknown quality, whereas I can use my own Wera, Felo, CK Germany and Magna bits with the Wera as well as with other larger drivers. It's only the size of a Bic or Clipper lighter and sits in the 5th pocket of my jeans comfortably, next to an actual Clipper lighter. The only downside is it doesn't have onboard bit storage but I can live with that. I can carry it with 2in/50mm bits, or smaller ones with or without the 50mm bit extender. The advantage I see over the 813R is that mine can better access recessed screws but in all honesty it was a question of being minimalist and having the smallest possible serviceable screwdriver. As they say in German Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis - which translates to price/quality ration - is unbeatable. It's just cool being able to have a dedicated high quality screwdriver set the size of a lighter in my pocket.
Not sure if you are aware or not, but hat second Wera screw driver has an extension feature if you squeeze the grey ring located between the rapidaptor and the handle you can pull the rapidaptor and extend the screwdriver.
@@JimMcLaren1950 Strangely enough to me, just checked, but while the keyboard bottom screws looks really small, PH1 is the best fit for them, exactly like what you used.
@@JimMcLaren1950 _The Wera Rapidaptor is in multiple sets I own. Yes they're good. A little bulky compared to the Wiha ones. I have a wera screwdriver slightly larger then this one. I rarely reach for it from my veto Xl case. I like the fact the the slot of the Wera gear is interchangeable. Still great review buddy._
