After being diagnosed with full body paralysis from the neck down, RU-vidr Wi Park underwent a difficult period of recovery and rehabilitation. Since then, Park started the RU-vid channel 〈Weracle〉 with the slogan, ‘A Miracle For Us All’. The vision of 〈Weracle〉 is to challenge and encourage subscribers through a variety of content. Park continues to speak to audiences around Korea through lectures and talks. He has received several awards, including a commendation from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in 2019 and the 2022 Seoul Metropolitan Government Welfare Award in the field of human rights for people with disabilities. Park is also active as a UNICEF Korean Committee UNI-CASTER and public relations ambassador for E4NET CHERRY.
