@@chicafan1841 Human skin color is based on Skin pigmentation, it is also affected by blood color because skin is naturally translucent and the pigmentation and color under our skin combine to create skin color. (This is why blushing, flushing with cold/heat, blochyness, and visible bruises are possible.) In ghost form, Danny's blood is glowing green, not bright red. So his skin color changes.

I actually just found this out today. I was watching through Danny Phantom because I'm kind of new to this fandom and I've read about him and seen this animation of course so this was news to me. I'm kind of a little sad that would have been pretty funny if he was actually in the show with this personality.

That explains so much! I read a Danny Phantom fanfic for the first time in... maybe a decade?... a couple days ago. It's been "I rediscovered the show and have been binging everything Danny Phantom that I can get my hands on" for the past two weeks. But, anyway! There was this kid named Wes in the fic and I just COULD NOT figure out who he was. I. JUST. COULDN'T. I couldn't remember him. He wasn't mentioned in the episodes. I was so... SO confused. I figured he was just some OC, but everyone in the reviews seemed to recognize him. SO! Thank you for clearing that up!

Sara Kennedy Yes, he's an oc that everyone in the Fandom worked together to make. He came from a random screenshot and Sam saying the infamous line "who the heck is Wes?"
