Just getting through Denton Ryan in the semis after 11 innings made everyone in the 956 so proud. But that has to be one of the most epic comebacks to win a state championship in any sport in Texas high school history!! 😮

Wow! Now that is a Softball Highlight Reel! I'm not usually a softball fan, but I just had to watch this highlight reel you guys put together maybe 10 times! It was absolutely incredible! The skill and athleticism on display were truly something special. This game deserves a wider audience - have you considered making a full-length feature about it? I bet it would be a hit with sports fans! Producers you better line up for a bid on this one. Just a thought that crossed my mind. Congratulations ladies on a thrilling victory! That’s awesome what Weslaco just did! The players and coaching staff pushing themselves all the way into the summer. A lot of coaches down here are just coaching for the check and making their little 4th seed in the playoffs just to keep their job it’s ridiculous. It’s great to see what kind of potential we really have down here when the staff tries their best!

I saw that before the game started Waco was outside the dugout line dancing and that showed disrespect to Weslaco in my opinion. Then I saw Weslaco in a big huddle. That right there showed who wanted the game more, who had more heart. Waco thought that they were just going to walk all over Weslaco and show no respect by dancing before game in the field!!! In your face with DISGRACE Waco!! Viva Weslaco
