Wesley Chapel compared to Riverview - Tampa Florida Suburbs 

One thing I notice living here in riverview that I love now. Is the amount of pickup soccer groups around the area. There is a big group in fish hawk and a few in Brandon. I also feel like they are more Latin restaurants in the riverview Brandon area. So yea, I prefer riverview.

Riverview is only an hour away from the beaches in Bradenton and Sarasota and those beach are way better than clearwater. Tampa is 30 min from Riverview. Many options for schools in Riverview. Many sports parks and preserves in Riverview. Riverview is way more spacious than Brandon, there is plenty of land in East Riverview. And also Riverview has many new things in construction right now.

Heading down this next week, realtor in LV and specking for the next 3 months in the Tampa and western Fla area. Will definitely reach out as have been listening for last few months. Kudos in sharing your knowledge about RE Tampa Area.

Also closer to beach & man-made Lagoons and off-course Orlando the top destinations for Florida visitors.

There is no jobs in wesley chapel though no stores really its dead. There are tons of jobs in riverview.

Wesley Chapel does feel a little more spacious then Riverview. I also feel the resale value of homes will be better in Wesley Chapel compared to Riverview.

Wesley Chapel for sure. Newer and more things to do. Still rural feel in some areas which I love. Better resale value and tax base.

I moved down to hudson area. I work a lot Wesley chapel riverview area and then st pete Clearwater tarpon area. West coast areas are a million times better.
