There's no date on the Leven beach. Tho hopefully we will get more information in November's roadmap.

I believe it's before Christmas but I could be wrong

All DLC's are made to work on all console platforms including the PS5. In the future, unless DTG says otherwise, just assume that the route is coming to the PS5.
