Something that I, as a musician, worry about is the issue of sound, if there really is an isolated finish that allows me to work and practice without disturbing the neighbors, is this the case?
Thanks for feedback! I thought the insulation to be one of the best of new construction I’ve been to but doubt it would be comparable to an actual sound studio.
West Cameron is a bad part of West Covina. I’ve lived here for 40+ years. I think the last murder that happened there was around 8 years ago. My office is about a couple of blocks away. There are always homeless wondering around but credit to West Covina police department they don’t stay around too long. The West Covina mall is dying, but free air conditioning is always nice. Porto’s is decent but is getting pricey. HK plaza is decent but has never been popular. For the price, in my opinion it’s not worth it. West Covina in its heyday was great to live in. Nowadays, not so much, but compared to the rest of California, West Covina is a safe haven.
what that not even close to Pasadena . lol hahahh .It all latino there and school are horrible . Then it south of the freeway lol . it next to la puente ughghg then north is Baldwin park gughggh > why don't you live in west covina lol .
I don't understand why people so obsessed with Pasadena. The crime rate is high, the parking is terrible everywhere, the grocery price is two times more expensive than most other places in LA, and the freeways don't go to the heart of the city center which means you are running into thousands of stop signs before reaching your destination. My parents live there and I don't like visiting them there. Some people still used the crime rate in the 90s and told me how good Pasadena was and I was like this is 2024 not 1990s. Pasadena is cozy, no question about it, but it's no longer worth it. In the 90s, the crime rate in Pasadena is two times better than that in other cities around them. You pay twice for their safety and infrastructure. Now, other cities around have been developing so fast that Pasadena is just one of the cities in LA, nothing special about it. Some people still live in the past and put themselves into a cage and never notice the whole world is changing rapidly. They never read the news or update themselves with newer information. For the very least, people should look at the fiscal performance in their cities every year and the crime rate released by the FBI every year to see how their cities are doing. The reason our state is trending downward because people covered their heads with blankets, then went out to vote the same people year after year.
