Well, norway did "accept" in treaty, but there was no negotiation. The others litterally took it at gunpoint, Italy (Mussolini) took it by the hangman's noose on the word of Gen George Patton. How about Saddom Hussain, any one every negotiate a thing with him? Or Al-Gadaffi? We indians truly value our friendship with Russia. If you ask any Indian who is your best friend, they will say Russia. Russia/USSR many times helped india andnI hope the friendship between Indian and Russia remains forever, though I understand there could be moments when decisions taking might be challenging, like regarding China. The growing friendship between Russia and China is a concern for India and I totally understand that Russia will also not like to see india being closed to the USA. In geopolitics, such things can happen, but I hope this will never create conflict between Indian and Russia.. 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

And it's not only about 1971 war , US and thier Allies betrayed us multiple time whether it is CRYOGENIC ENGINE, KILLING OUR SCIENTISTS , KILLING OUR PM (Mr.Shastri ji) , Hampering our Nuclear programs , constant support to a military dictatorship. China didn't attended because Russia wasn't invited. It wasn't about peace with Russia anyway. It was about getting support from the Nations who did attend. 80 signed up for help to Ukraine. As for the Nations who didn't sign to the Swiss Peace Summit it is one thing to feel for Ukraine but it is another thing to compromise your economy when your Country is heavily reliant economically on Russia.
