Not gotten - it IS! Personally I like this area alot but you're right it's pricy. But it's not the only part of town to hang out - there's plenty of ethnic restaurants are Park Rd, some good pubs over here too. Check it out next time you're in town. Put Plan B Tavern on your list next time you want a good burger - THE BEST!
