The trumpeter fish you caught, aka shities are no good to eat but are not bad for live bait for Mulloway in West Lakes,, I've caught some nice size mulloway on the shitties in west lakes,, happy fishing,,

Close to where the gates open to the port river,, and just back a bit where the first boat ramp and toilets are,, on the same side as the leg trap hotel is,, my biggest mulloway was just over a metre long,, I couldn't weigh it because I didn't have scales to do so,,

@@Whacked yeah mate give it a go,, there's some big mulloway in the West Lakes area,, it's just patchience and time,, but it's worth it when you hook up,,
