The little white hut u can see very clearly on ur vid is the only thing that didnt get damaged by that blaze...it was the old fortune tellers hut...i find that really creepy, even though its unfortunetly fallen down now.

It was the council who set it on fire as they couldn't afford to demolish it.

But I thought the i360 was proposed to try and raise funds to restore the pier. It must have been started by someone, but who and why?

That tug tried to put out a fire that had already burnt through the entire pier

Why did fire get set off how?
