4 years here, you see the homeless people mostly sleeping near the river near but they’ve never bother us here in west sac. In fact I know of many locals feeding them at one of the parks near the river . Biggest pro house value been increasing quite well!!
@@LivingNSacramento I'm from Sacramento, But I have lived in West sacramento for 20 years, Feels longer. There are so much homeless it is an depressing place and its very dirty, High crime rate.
I can tell you this swimming in that river is highly dangerous so many whirlpools in that river not just that there's a lot of mercury in that water too
Sacramento was stupid for letting a freeway divide Old Town from the city. West Sac is a study in modern mediocracy. The architecture is generic. It looks Orwellian but still reminiscent of the architecture of Soviet Eastern Europe. It also represents the hollowness of California Culture.
