I don't think that world leaders would do that, Foreign Ministers' absence can be overlooked, but if head of the state won't join the meeting then it'll send a bad message not only about that country but its relation with India too

We (atleast the one who are actively using internet) know about western hypocrisy so we some might even be happy. But if we are talking about diplomatic level, then things might become complicated if western countries, especially US, France, Germany UK won't attend the G20 leaders meeting. It's agonizing to say but we still need west.
