The third house is really nice for 17 million but it needs probably another 5 million to completely remodel it. and you’re stuck with the landmark preservation committee, deciding what you can and can’t do with the house
They ruined that first place. Ripped out all the charm from a historic building. Hopefully whoever buys the the 2nd keeps the look of it on the inside.
I agree, I would’ve loved to see what the first place looked like before they started messing with it. This realtor doesn’t seem to have any appreciation at all for the historical beauty of these homes.
@@mfar3016 100% People buy these beautiful homes with so much character and just turn it into a white box on the inside. You can still make the home modern without ripping its character out.
@@user-tp4rq7vu8f yes I’ve noticed that. They’ll buy a home for $5 million and upgrade to a $15-$20 million white box. Seems like the people that spend that much like that style of home.
