Myself along with three of my buddies head to West Virginia on a hunting trip!. We take a few hours to fish the day before we hunt. We fish a big spillway and end up hooking into some big musky!!
I watched those musky run big carp up onto the bank all summer, no one believed me until they saw it themselves, still have yet to catch one though! Burnsville’s always going to be my favorite spot
U know what be awesome vaughn, if u could make a video on how to use swim baits..I thought u cast them out and reel them back in...all of us old anglers lost hundreds of lures getting snug and breaking off..boy that would want me to fish again, cant afford losing lures all the time..awesome video Vaughn
Not trying to add to the hate already present in the comments… but this was pretty ridiculous way of handling these fish. If you are gonna target a species, I think you owe it to that fish to invest in proper equipment, do research on the fish, and handle them with respect. This was pretty sad to see, hopefully you can do better in the future.
A fish's gills are NOT handles for you to grab. They are its lungs. Imagine someone grabbing you by your lungs and the damage that would likely cause. If you are not capable of treating a fish with the respect and care that it deserves, you are not qualified to be fishing. Stop being an ignorant, rank amateur and start being a conscientious and responsible fisherman. Learn to handle fish properly like you should. Nice Muskie. Too bad you hurt it.
