I have recently had a meeting with the very helpful and friendly people at Romal Capital.
They were good enough to give me alot of information relating to the development works at West Waterloo Place which is right next to the new Isle of Man Ferry Terminal in Liverpool.
This is an exciting project for us to follow that will bring even more change to the Liverpool skyline.

I see all this building on the waterfront and wonder, with global warming and rising sea levels, whether these would be smart investments? If the map predictions are correct, all that will be under water in 50 years time!

This is good to see. When I first started catching the ferry to the Isle of Man TT races, from Liverpool, in the 1970s this area was very run down, ps I'm still catching the ferry from Liverpool.

The use of the word "Canal" is interesting this was West Waterloo dock once part of the world heritage site, seems Romal are trying erased that now by starting to replace the name dock with canal.

But it is a canal, it hasnt been used as a dock for about 50 years and has been part of the canal since 2009,,,,,, en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liverpool_Canal_Link
