I know the video was a little quick and it might have been hard to catch everything, but thankfully there is a pause button or you can change the playback speed using the settings in RU-vid.

I'd like to add some collapsible oars with a removable mount, a Bimini, maybe a cockpit tent to fit the Bimini. I didn't show the trailer guides in the video but there is a segment when I'm showing the graphics where they appear.
Ask away with any questions as I've put too much thought in some things and not enough in others.

Thanks for the cockpit drain video. We have ordered the thru hull and the sealant for our WWP15 to eliminate the leak between the cockpit and the lower hull. Looking forward to seeing your cockpit sun cover solution.

I'm glad that the video was helpful. I actually sold my WWP15 and purchased a new SCAMP. I'm going to be posting a video on modifications that I've done that may be helpful.

Hi, just saw your push down rudder system. Can you describe and show how you built it.

Just an oak dowel with a drilled billiard ball on top. Of course number 15. Also a screw eye on the rudder to keep it in position. The attachment of the dowel to the rudder was created with spare parts I had laying around. couldn't quite make out the trailer tongue extension... how does it attach, both stored and in use, to the fixed tongue? Really enjoyed and appreciated the video.

There are two pieces of square channel steel welded to the original tongue with a duplicate tongue that slides inside those pieces. It is pined in place with a hitch pin, both for storage and launching. Basically two tongues with one that extends and retracts.

On that trip I was hitting 4.5 knots. With the flat chines on these boats they will exceed hull speed and surf a little in waves. See this page; potter-yachters.org/manyways/hullspeed/. "A P15 with 700 pounds on board can theoretically reach 4.8 knots. With 450 pounds of crew and gear aboard, the theoretical limit is 5.2 knots. In the real world, single-handed Potter 15's often reach 5.0 knots in the hands of a skilled skipper."
