As for me, Im interested in Medieval Art, Because Spanning from the fall of the Roman Empire to the Renaissance, medieval art includes iconic works such as illuminated manuscripts, Byzantine mosaics, and Gothic cathedrals.

Since it mentioned nature, I adore paintings that feature nature as well as scenes of love, passionate gatherings, lighthearted entertainment, and youth, as well as paintings with elegance, beautiful curves, soft colors, and curving lines.

For me what I liked and I am still interested in knowing its different parts is the medieval period in Western art history because During this period, art was greatly influenced by religious beliefs and practices, it is very nice to observe the image about the Lord, every time I see a painting or arts that is about the Lord, my heart is lightened and I remember the past in the sacrifice that the Lord made for us, so it is important that the memory of the art that is about the Lord is not lost.

In the western art history period, realism in 1848-1909 captured my attention because it depicts the actual state of affairs and way of life of the people at that time through the artwork displayed in the film. My curiosity increased as I sought to understand the deeper meanings and back stories of the artistic mediums that gave rise to realistic painting; as a result, my knowledge base grew even more about western art, particularly realism (1848-1909), which sparked my curiosity in their actual lives and the struggles they faced at the time. Additionally, this painting provided me with additional incentive to cherish life and my current way of living.

The period that caught my curiosity was the last one, the Romanticism period, because the arts in this period have a touch of one's imagination and dreams, which are peculiar yet amusing. Perhaps it also represents freedom since every artist in this period does their art depending on their emotions or what they feel.

From the periods presented, which period of western art history where you interested the most? - From different periods of Western art history presented to us, I'm more likely to be interested with the Ancient art ( 4,000 BC - A.D 400 ) because the art they create is difficult since it is more on carving and sculpture of religious imagery. Moreover, since I'm also a religious type of person, It made me feel that I need to know more about the ancient period that's why I got interested the most with this period.
