As rampant crime continues to plague many parts of the country, and
the Western Cape residents are not spared. The province has witnessed
a spike in extortions and kidnappingsin recent times.
Lentegeur Community Policing Forum chairman Byron De Villiers and
specialist investigator Mike Bolhuis discuss this further.

If there is crime where you stay then the police politicians and gangster probably are in the same whatsap group. its allowed. and everyone else is just there play things.
