If you have a multimeter you could probably check whether the TVS diodes were still in good nick... would be cool to revive it again.

I am just gonna leave it as is for now, maybe at a later date I will fix it. I tried the same for my 7200.9 and it did not work, although the diode reported as dead. There must have been multiple dead parts on the board so... Either way a "dead" drive collection video will be up soon!

@@ChrisTech-Games By the way, you might be wondering what the platform name is; it's Safari. All the 3.5" Raptors are named after explorery things, and the 2.5" after ancient civilisations (starting with Viking).
