I hope you enjoy your day there! As an employee don't be afraid to give the ride operators a shoutout some of us secretly look for ourselves in these small videos and if you had a good time then that can make the employee's day as well! I've had people chanting my name it feels like a really big honor!
Thanks for watching Nicholas I did have a good time. It was nice to see people going back out and enjoying themselves. I used to love back then when Western Playland was at Ascarate park they had a bit of more rides . I do that next video give you guys a shout out

@Daniel Cordova Hey Daniel, yes many changes have been taken over the park unfortunately. I'm not sure why they got rid of the basketball game or the test of strength game that was before I got there in the 2019 season. Round up had too many issues and was replaced with our newest ride the Loco 360, but Scrambler is still sitting in its place. We also added a ride called Wipeout, but lost Spinning Coaster due to the pandemic and Pat had to sell the ride to keep the money flowing. Yes, Rudy is still the park manager. And we all were sadden by Marlon not being able to be at the park in his place we have Angel I'm unsure of his last name, but I believe he joined in 2016. Angel is the rides manager and I'm the newest kiddy supervisor and on the other side I'm unsure if you would know but his name is Jorge. And if you haven't step foot into the park since 2013 please come on back often times management gets really happy to see old faces!
I have a younger sister that jogged at my memory it was just I never went there. I spent a lot of time with grandparents down there bu se mahe it to the plaza and the mercado because it was easier to use the bus and street cars.
Nice video 📹 Valentin Thome I love it my friend and I been to Western Playland for a long time for a field trip from school 🏫 and my cousin and his girlfriend took me there too
I just went to this western playland 2 hours ago and it was fun if you guys wanna go visit it it’s on El Paso Texas sadly I don’t know the street and all but you can search it on google maps if one day you get to visit El Paso Texas *and no I did not got it from the description I live here and just wanted to say just if some of you don’t read descriptions* and also one more thing this the reason I don’t know the street or where is located is bc my friends just invited me over and I did not got no information from where it is located
Did you ever go to western Playland when it was at Ascarate Park in El Paso. It was way bigger nicer with more rides better than where it is now. Thanks for watching my video
All and any issues with any rides usually get fixed during the week so that they be ready to go for the weekend. For the water ride to operate it needs go figure water, too much can make it stop and too little is just too dangerous considering it the braking system.
Hey dude! I just saw your video and I was working bumper cars that day. Lol I can’t believe that you can hear my voice. Anyways, I really hope you had an amazing time and hope to see you soon!
I'm thinking about taking my Girlfriend there later in August to Celebrate her birthday as a surprise since I'm gonna be out of town when her birthday rolls around, but I cannot wait for it.
