Great score and what a wonderful gift from Kent Smith. When I became a full-time river guide back in '79 I bought a Western Racoon to wear on my belt. It served me well for a number of years till I retired it...still have it though the etching is long gone. 😀

Thanks so much for checking it out!! I am in the middle of cleaning up that 062 Folding Hunter right now!! I've had it in mineral oil bath for 4 days and i think the color came back in the delrin!! I can't get enough of these blades!!

Thanks for checking it out. Let you knife soaking mineral oil for a few days to see if that will bring the color back. I just did that with my Western Folding Hunter.

Those look great, never had one of those, but do have a couple of their trappers, me and dad called them western lockbusters, cant knock a western when it comes to a user but those are just too pretty and rare for real hard use now
