Great explanation. The background music is quite distracting though.

the music is too loud your voice was more of a background than the music.

Imma suggest next time to lower the music volume during discussion :)

Music a bit too loud

The music is too loud. It is louder than the Westgard talk. The music was annoying. I do not think i am going to continue past the first random error because the music is too bothersome. What was the need for the music ?

How are the high and low QC's conducted. I would really like to understand that. Do you just run them consecutively and then run the patient samples if the high and low controls are within west guard rules( not violating them)?
