Erm, I think the main reason why Brian didn't rejoin Westlife is because Westlife don't want him anymore, I've seen a couple news, interviews that Westlife don't want Brian back. I remember Nicky said "When we see a headline like "Simon Cowell wants Brian to be back at the band" its just really sad".
But I think that Brian wants to rejoin Westlife because Simon Cowell offer them a big amount of money so Brian will be back at Westlife, Brian said that it was an opportunity cause that's a big price of money but Westlife didn't accept the money that Simon Cowell offered them.
