Crossing that new bridge was exciting! WVA has much beauty and I'm grateful and happy to be one of it's admiral for all of these 'umteen' yrs. Love the state!
I see your point about environmental impact studies, etc., but $1 in 1977 is like $30 today I think we could rebuild the bridge for $37M x 30 = $1.1B. At least I hope so.
