Well the sweeper should get so full of wet grass you can pull wheelies! Six months of my life developing that in 1984 as my first job, with the belt drive idea based on my Peugeot 304's fanbelt. Beware of the larger (48"?) twin cutter decks prone to melting plastic pulleys .
Ich habe selber zwei Westwood Rasentracs und kpl restauriert. Und ich ich muss sagen das diese Rasentracs richtig super sind. Klar haben sie auch Defizite. Zum Beispiel die Mechanik zum Ausheben des Mähdecks. Aber mit ein paar kleinen Umbauten klappt das. Von der Flächenleistung ist für die Zeit als sie konstruiert wurden schon sehr respektabel. Alles in allem jedoch eine gute Maschine. Der Motor hat eine gute Leistung und gut zu reparieren falls mal was dran ist.

Has on your tractor a different, smaller transmission pulley? Because i see you are going kinda fast in (i think) the 3rd gear. (my same tractor goes very slow even in 3rd gear and goes like yours in 5th gear). Or any other pulley swap?
