I use this powder as a primer in my pore areas-and then apply foundation over top. My foundation application is FLAWLESS and I use a light layer of the photo focus under my eyes to finish off. I get stopped all the time about my base

I love most Wet N Wild makeup products, honestly ... A few, like the bullet lipsticks, I don't care for. BUT the powders, shadows... Incredible results.
