Good to go in February on a weekday if that's an option for you. Schools are back, so with luck, it'll be a bit quieter with summer temperatures. Personally, im Childfree, so I can get cheaper accommodation and can enjoy the theme parks just a week or two later with possibly shorter lines depending on the day
Midweek out of school holidays is definitely the best time to go. A lot of the rides go into their maintenance period after the holidays have finished, unfortunately.
