I wore this foundation today from 7 am - 8:30 pm. I normally get kind of an oily t zone and a really really oily nose. I set this foundation with the elf loose sheer powder (I just bought it yesterday) and there was NO OIL. NOTHING. The combo of the two is INSANE in case anyone wants to give it a go.
I just wanted to say Casey that you are the most genuine, kinda hearted, and grateful girl I have seen in a long time. I know I can always count on you for the truth and look forward to your videos every week! These days so many girls can get caught up in appearances and you are not afraid to show that your skin isn't perfect all the time! I also admire your endless support of Davis. My brother is at Fort Bragg in the 82nd airborne. All of his previous girlfriends have run because they cannot handle having an army boyfriend and I hope and pray he finds a girl that is as supportive and understanding of their situation and lifestyle as you! I don't understand when people overload on the concealer and completely changes their foundation colour instead of literally just highlighting those points! Looks really bad
While her makeup looks good, I agree. I didn't think the concealer really covered anything that the makeup didn't...it just lightened the foundation which was too dark for her.
I currently am using this foundation and I love it!!! It controls my shine throughout the day and I dont have to be blotting all the time. I set it with my Coty Airspun Loose Powder and it looks flawless! Minimizes my pores and doesnt accentuate my fine lines and wrinkles. Love it!!
I bought this foundation yesterday. I applied it about an hour ago, it went on perfect and looks amazing. But I'll see how it wears throughout the day at work.
hey girl!!! not sure if you've ever tried this before but one time Jackie Aina set her primer with powder before foundation and everything and i've been doing it ever since and it keeps my skin like not even half as oily as it used to get and i get pretty oily!!! you should try it

Briana its also the lighting, try getting the day light or bright white bulbs or I usually go back and forth from my bathroom that has those orangy type lights to my bedroom with the blinds open so I can see how it looks in daylight and then i can either bronze up to conceal to alter it.
Briana Taylor I went to sephora to see if they could determine my undertone just so I knew and they did, I don't know about your sephora but I might try that!
a great little trick is to take a look at the veins on your inner arm (between wrist and elbow). If your veins look greenish, you're undertone is yellow (warm) and if they look blue/purple your undertone is cool (pink). If you see a really even mix of both, try a neutral foundation :)
That foundation is simply amazing I use this one more than my highend foundations. The powder that's goes with this foundation works so good and won't make you crease or get casket.
Having oily skin and trying to find a great foundation is so very hard to do especially when it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. So excited for Wet N Wild!!! Drugstore Makeup is really stepping up theirs game!!!

I just purchased this foundation a few days ago. I have redness on my cheeks and oily skin as well, and I love this foundation! The coverage is better than any other foundation that I have ever tried. However, I still noticed myself getting slightly oily in my T-zone, but I'm that way with every foundation. Amazing product and even better price! Thank you Casey! Finally a youtuber with the same skin as mine and you are so down to earth!! Does anyone have any recommendations on how to better control oil throughout the day?
Because of all the editing and lighting on your videos I literally couldn’t tell a damn difference between the blotted and unblotted side. Please if you’re gonna review foundations further can you zoom in reaaaallllyyy close to your t zone, nose, around your mouth so we can actually see what’s going on????
I agree this is not a good dry skin friendly foundation, it just sits weird on my skin and breaks apart and creases around my nose even after setting it and using a good primer :/
I use the elf acne fighting foundation and love it! it is full coverage! I usually use my real techniques sponge, but my real techniques foundation brush works too! and btw, this is my boyfriend's youtube, hint the name, because I don't have an account so I kind of took his over lol :)

Personally, I love this foundation better than my NARS & Lancome. I did a short full review of this foundation on my channel and was pretty amazed and shocked by this inexpensive foundation with high end results.

try adding a hydrating serum to your foundation and see if that helps (: rn I'm using the Neutrogena Hydro boost serum and the Smashbox studio skin and they work really well together. and I agree try using a hydrating primer underneath as well.... Ive gone through so many products to see what works with my dry skin and I finally found my combo
I have dry skin (and it works with many people who have dry skin). Just make sure you moisturize well and you can even add a drop or two of oil, such as maracuja/argan/jojoba oil to the foundation.
I have extremely dry skin and this Wet n Wild foundation looks FLAWLESS ON ME!! Omg I'm obsessed with it. Give it a try girl! I recommend using a brush instead then going over with a sponge.

this foundation IS awesome. I also have oily skin and so usually my face starts to look a hot mess 4-5 hrs after application. Blotting typically just makes it look worse. Not anymore though. This foundation holds up like nobody's business. I look great for 8+hrs. No lie.
I'm SO curious about the Drunk Elephant skin care. Please do a full video on the products or at least include something in a video! Don't want to spend the money until I hear more!
Have you tried Clarins tan drops? I had the same issue with tanning my face but you can just mix the Clarins drops in with your regular moisturiser. You can build the colour to have it as dark as you want or just put a drop in every other day or so to maintain a glow. They're amazing

Or if you have a foundation and it’s a great shade but you wanna try another brand you can look up wet n wild shade matched and put in the shade and brand you have abs they will give you the right wet n wild shade
I want to like it, I have been trying for weeks... but it ends up making my face look like a mess. It breaks apart around my nose, mouth, and chin and if I try to set it I look like a cake face...
Try a setting spray. What I do with my foundations is that I apply them and rhen powder only areas where it could crease (under eyes) or areas that are oily or I might touch them so I need more durability (t- zone) then I applu setting spray.
i literally used that foundation today with the Milani primer before you said you didnt like it lol what a coincidence. i tried the foundation once before and it broke up around my chin then my pores looked huge thought out the day so im trying it today again. I tried to balance out my skin today as much as possible to see if it will wear well and i cant be able to blame it on my skin if it does the same again.
Im currently using this foundation because I was broke as a joke and couldn't do the $17 Loreal I normally buy. I'm shocked, honestly! It's amazing. I'm 56 and my skin looks so good, and there's this glow about the stuff. Wet N Wild has surely stepped up their game, and bless them for putting out quality foundation for such an affordable price! I think it's the brightening & tightening one because it's not on sephora's US website and there's a thread on reddit talking about how it gave someone a chemical burn when they used it
This foundation looked so good on you and on camera. I was impressed. I have normal/dry skin and I think I will give it a go with a hydrating primer to see if it works for me. I loved your overall makeup look in this video. It's so pretty!
