Ha ha ha. Yeah I know mate, but I used to love chasing Bream when I was down that way with light line. You make the best of what we have mate, but you know where to come on your holidays hey. 👌🏻😁
Just found your channel Hodgie from your recent chat on Greg's podcast which was ace. I can see you and your boy are using the Atomic Arrow rods you talked about on his podcast, and lure. Could you please give me the exact info on the both rods. Cheers mate love the Vlogs.
Gday mate and welcome aboard hey. Thanks for the kind words mate. The two Arrowz Rods that we use for the Jack stuff are the 10 to 16lb 6 footer and the 5’6” BCLM56 I believe the code is on the other one. It’s a 6 to 12lb rod mate in 5’6” length which is great for the closer casting with the lighter lures. The soft tip and fast taper into the butt is what makes them the Ducks Nuts hey, in that price point. Our other favourites are the Samurai 5’6” Refraction, but they’re much more expensive. Worth it if you fish a bit though. 👌🏻😉
Cheers Hodgie. I've been running the Zodias baitcast rod for the past 3 years for barra but I feel I need a change. I've been heading up to the NT for the runoff for past 12 odd years. I'm due to go mid April and wanted to grab another couple of rods Spin and Baitcast. I'll check them out when I arrive. Great to see your young fella out in bush fishing too. It's refreshing to see!! 🍻🎣🐊
@@barraboy7626 yeah mate, they’re a mid priced rod which perform well above the price would suggest. Hope you have a great trip mate, I haven’t fished the runoff up there for years but you’re sure to have a ball again by the sound of it. 😉👌🏻
