That passage of music from 2:50 through 3:33 is about as beautiful as anything I've ever heard.

Playing the villain in this was sooo much fun. Everyone was lovely. Weyes (AKA Natalie) was very creative and grounded. Fun fact, her eating that slop was beyond the pale, it stunk beyond belief but she insisted on this scenario which she created!!

Never NEVER get tired of this song

When she sings "it's starting to hurt and I know you've moved on", jesus it's so cutting. In August 2007 I would have had this song on repeat for days.

She's a gem, and this song is exceptionally good.

These lyrics, carried by her voice, effect me deeply: "these seven words are no longer mine who am I but a stranger who took you down it's starting to burn and I wanna go home only home I've known lost in the storm" I love how honest she is in this song, no excuses. She admits her part and her pain and tries to move on. I am full of gratitude that i was able to find this.

This song is getting me through being abandoned at age 16 and now again at 19 by my mom and having no father figure ever, being called insane and over dramatic when I tell her we need counseling or when I call her abusive and now having to heal from childhood trauma. Thank you WB lots and lots. ❤️‍🔥💋 Making me into a new strong woman.

This makes me cry. When you pair the lyrics and video together it's a beautifully done goodbye that's really sweet and heartbreaking.
