In this SCENE from TERRACE HOUSE Aloha State in HAWAII (テラスハウス アロハ ステート) MARIKO NITTA (新田満里子) has a breakdown in front of the housemates because she was told by CHERIE (シェリ・マリア・澄川・ラボエ) that WES (中嶋ウェスリー) hated her. CHERIE has been causing drama left and right at this point and people are finally starting to turn on her. CHIKAKO (福山智可子) decides to call a house meeting and confront WES about the situation. She asks him point blank if he told CHERIE that he HATED MARIKO. WES is very reticent during this house meeting and he barely says anything. But he denies the fact that he hates MARIKO. Explaining instead that there are parts of her personality that he doesn't know how to deal with, but that he NEVER SAID that he HATED HER. The housemates are reassured by his words and they decide that CHERIE is the real culprit, not WES. So they decide to confront CHERIE about her antisocial and insensitive behavior. MARIKO cries all throughout the meeting but it ends on hopeful terms.
