How many times do you go with the red bag? And what is the distance between the pylons? I am doing this test in January and would like to know as to practise

what the weight of the red bag?

It's hard, but it's not that hard, I mean if a 150 pound native like me can do it anybody can do it. Then again, I can run 15k no problem lulz.

Got 12 minutes on the test yesterday

My test is in 2 days... fuck lol

My last year doing that test I made the national standard by 2 seconds and at the time I didn’t know I had 3 blocked arteries one 95% and two 70%

I just did my testing today for the first time and finished National Standard. I've done the PREP, COPAT, PARE (Policing and Corrections Physical Tests) and this is by far the most demanding test I have done. It really works the cardio and leg strength/endurance aspect which is much more taxing on the body.

how did you train for this? I wanna do mine this year.. most of my buddies have done it but usually just barely make the cut and i've heard some of them have puked hahah you owned it hard man.. any advice?
