Services at Saint Rita High School Shrine Chapel, 7740 South Western Avenue, Chicago. Visitation Friday, November 15, 2013 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturday, November 16, 2013 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM followed by Mass at 10:00 AM and burial in Augustinian plot at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip.
