I have a question for you and need your help ,I tried contacting WGT but they didn't respond,so here is my conundrum,I wish to join a new country club,but everytime I follow the procedure to join a club the system blocks me stating that I should resign from my current membership,problem being I don't know the name of CC I am supposed to be a member of.Any suggestions on how I can resolve this problem.Rgds RubeMurray.
Well if RubeMurray is your WGT user name, your profile doesnt say you are a member of a CC, I just checked, so if you still get the message that you must resign from your current CC then something is wrong. I take it you contacted WGT using the Contact us form, and if so, it can take a few business days for them to get back with you. But you should have received an automated email saying the did get your message. If you did not get that then check your spam folder, your email might think its spam email.
So out of all the courses you choose to pick a course to explain something about putting on Kiawah, a course known for their diagonal camera angles and wrong reads. If you're a top end player, like myself, you'd never pick a course like this to explain anything about putting. The camera's are way too offset, meaning the grids/lines have a way different true break compared to the break you see.
Chill out there Tim. I was only explaining the difference between classic and standard grids, not actual putting. And if you were a "top end player" like you say you are. you would know the classic and standard grids are the same on any course. But if you actually watched the video you would know that I talked about Kiawah camera views.
@@lrowan1 As a matter of fact they aren't. There are differences between courses and how fast the greens break. An 8 second dot on Congressional hasn't got the same break as an 8 second dot on Chambers. But I think I'll keep trusting my own putting method and my putting stats. Thanks.

I need help putting down hill. I used to go way past the hole. Now I usually hit the ball an average of 50-60% off the yardage sign. Most of the time that works but sometimes I still go past the hole. On long putts I want to keep it to a total of 2 putts or less. I don't know how to use the dots other than to gauge speed.

Thanks for the video, very informative. I have one question: I use dot speed (as it transverses the squares) for my aiming process. Wouldn’t the two different dot speeds (Classic/Standard) give you two different aim points? How do you resolve this? Thanks again for the video.
Yes the dot speed is a bit faster in classic mode and the way to resolve that issue is to stick to one view. If you are playing alone where there is no timer, you have time to switch back and forth if you want to, but the best thing to do is just find what one you like best and stick to it. Ive always used the standard view since I moved from the flash version.
