Spotter PR is better than radar. With a 13km minimum detection range, you're only really going to be able to use the radar if you want to ambush people from behind islands. Which isn't how you should use the ship, mostly because it's too slow to flank unless the enemy team is all pushing the other side.
I mean DAAF is completely useless sure it does scatter drops anymore but on Cruisers you get double damage on your AA guns with it. Also its Yuro man doesn't need hydro

The opening scene is SO satisfying. Also, Puerto Rico and future Dockyard ships is very unique since it’s a showcase of the IRL process of shipbuilding. It may be crazy expensive and tedious, but that’s how ships are built IRL. Also, the Puerto Rico is basically a theoretical version of an actually designed sister ship of the Alaska, which means that it’s just a Super-Alaska.

What it is about yuro mounting propulsion on almost every ship? Manevrability on 5slot is much better option (on 4 slot to). You can get then 900m tuning radius on heavy CA what is pretty fucking amazing.

I got the ship through the gold boosters (santa crates -trying to get a damn Missouri) and having no life for the time it took to lock it in through directive grinding. During the time I earned Halsey, so guess who was the PR captain before I got the Des Memes unlocked. Was great, first 3 games in it, got shot at by my own team.

I spent a grand total of $50 on the PR event. $30 for Gorizia, and $20 for one of the boosters. Got PR, and with the steel you earn along the way got Stalingrad, my 1st high steel boat!
