At the end you said you'd rather wait for a good day next time... Was that because it wasn't comfortable or because you didn't feel safe? Wondering about the boats handling in the 8 ft swells.
I know many 370 owners nearly all of them are using 20-25 hp. Especially if your in seas with strong current and your carrying a load...passengers, consoles. rails, ice boxes, etc. Renaldo
I'm also in SoCal, I launch out of Marina del Rey, I went from a 9.9 to a 25 and was mas I didn't just start with the 25. From now on I will always go for the max rating.
