Whang-Od (Part 1-Conquering the mountains of Kalinga) 

A brief video on the track taken by TERA (Tuao Educators Riders Association) in visiting the place of Apo Whang-Od (Legendary Filipino Tattoo Artist).
To get there from Tuao, Cagayan (from the North), take Cagayan-Apayao (8km more or less), Mountain Province-Tabuk Road (106km more or less) and consume at least 3 hours.
Finally, take Bugnay-Buscalan road (5km more or less) at least 15-20 mins depending on the road condition.
