Given the appalling fitness and recovery record this season it might be worth ditching this aerobics with weights and start doing some long runs, sprints, stair shuffles and the like. This stuff clearly doesn't work as many of these players break down regularly. We will save money too as less lemons in tracksuits would be needed.
Pains me as a Blackburn that many of you are finding out what we knew years ago. Glad he went to you though I just wish he had gone for more. Just ashame we needed the money as badly as we did!
