On October 14, the top court affirmed a Delhi High Court ruling that protected the statements made by senior advocate Vikas Pahwa during judicial proceedings. In doing so, a bench of Justices Dipankar Datta and Sandeep Mehta cited the "doctrine of absolute privilege" that shields such proceedings, from remarks made in connection with and relevant to the judicial proceedings.
ThePrint's Khadija Khan explains what the doctrine of absolute privilege is, what is the law on defamation and what are the other defences one can resort to, in defamation cases.

A beautiful judgement indeed!!!! Absolute privilege is enjoyed by the members of both the parliament and state legislatures while they are in session. It's a sine qua non for the judicial proceedings and advocates must be immune to all charges of defamation to unearth the truth and assist the Courts in the process of adjudication.

try presenting your point through shorter sentences or taking pause as you loses your breath in between and that breaks the attention of audience especially when you make that odd sound of lip syncing in the end, Just an advise for future. All the best!!
