They come foggy. you have to clean it out but as far as the rips you need to take pics and send them to Telfar. that's what i did when a bag came damaged and they told me to send it back and they sent me a new one.
I love hello kitty too the bag is cute but for $200 there should be absolutely nothing wrong with the bag telfar should be ashamed he wants people to support a black owned business but yet has products that are not worth the price at all

I instructed a cousin of mine to NOT fret to e-mail Telfar & complain about the defects on her also-medium clear tote. They immediately sent her a return label. Do e-mail them & tell them about how your tote’s defective. I’ll be waiting to hear about the replacement purse from my cousin as well as yourself.
My small came like that too and I emailed customer service and they asked if I wanted a refund or an exchange, the replacement comes in on Monday so we’ll see but yea I was not happy with the quality of the jellies
I just got my 1st two Telfar bags in the mail today & I waited so long to get them because I’ve heard the quality of the bags are cheap. I think you should leave them a bad review and also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB will take action on the consumer’s behalf & sometimes that will result in a refund.
