Ear buds or head phones are a must for me when I travel, which is fairly often for doctor appointment since I live with chronic conditions. I also always always always bring some kind of extra coat or flannel, planes are always chilly and restaraunts usually are too so it's nice to have something to keep me warm, it also looks cute tied around your waist!

My friend takes a change of clothes in the bag she takes onto the plane with her (just like a change of shirt and some leggings or a dress). Airlines have lost her bags before and so now she travels really prepared.

Some travel items that I like to have and think would be good to keep in your bag are; a pen, disinfectant hand/face wipes, floss and mints or antacids!

ABOUT VITAMIN C SUPPLEMENTS/ VITAMINS: Hate to be the one to break this to you, Ashley, but vitamin C does NOTHING to change whether or not you get a cold, or how fast you recover from it.
