Exactly and sometimes the real one is bad quality. I had the MJ tote bag in a taupe color and it only lasted me a few months. I wore jeans once and the color transferred onto my bag. I wish I had gotten the dupe instead.

I just got this same bag in black! Its excellent quality. I got one for like 35 bucks and it was canvas and super cheap. I returned it and found my black leather one for like 25! Love it. The pink was sold out when i got mine ,but going to grab that one next 😊

I have that same bag and it smells when I first got it. I have seen a lot of complaints about the smell, But My husband who wears a lot of leather and has been for years, is really familiar with leather and he says that is what that smell is. he said real leather stinks... he felt mine and said it is real.. I got mine on temu.. Maybe yours is real too?
